Shipping Costs
Shipping is free on every order, to every country we serve. There are no handling fees, service charges, or surcharges added at any point. The price shown on the product page is the price you pay.
Import duties and taxes for United States deliveries are prepaid by us. You will not be asked to pay anything on delivery. For other destinations, any duties or taxes charged by your local customs authority are the responsibility of the recipient.
Dispatch Time
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of being placed. Orders placed after 2:00 PM (GMT+8) are processed the following business day. We dispatch Monday to Saturday.
Where We Ship From
Orders ship from our fulfilment partner in China and are delivered by 4PX and its partner postal carriers. ECOMSOL is registered in Faisalabad, Pakistan; our business address is shown at the foot of every page and on our contact page.

Total time below includes the 1–3 business day dispatch window. These are the same estimates we publish to Google Shopping.

Estimates are business days and exclude public holidays. Customs processing in the destination country can add time beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within the stated window, contact us and we will investigate.
Countries We Do Not Ship To
We are unable to ship to India, Brazil, the United Arab Emirates or Russia. Our carrier does not serve these destinations on the service we use, or delivery cannot be completed reliably. For the United States we cannot deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, or APO/FPO military addresses.
Tracking and Checkout
Purchases are completed through our Etsy shop, which handles checkout, payment and buyer protection. Tracking details are issued by Etsy once your order is dispatched and are visible in your Etsy account.
Split or Partial Deliveries
Orders containing several items are normally shipped together. If stock levels mean an order has to be split, we ship each part as it becomes available at no extra cost to you, and each part is tracked separately. If part of your order has not arrived within the delivery window above, contact us and we will ship the missing items immediately or refund that portion — see our returns and refunds policy.
